1. Where are your pants made?
All of our pants are handmade in Bogotá, Colombia by a small team of skilled artisans. With
over 35 years of experience, we take pride in every stitch — nothing is rushed, and nothing is
mass-produced.
2. Do you produce your pants ethically?
Yes — absolutely. We pay competitive wages, foster a respectful and team-oriented
environment, and ensure our artisans work in safe, supportive conditions. We believe in
creating value not just in our products, but in the lives of the people who make them.
3. What fabrics do you use?
We can work with just about any fabric — cotton, denim, twill, stretch blends, you name it. If
you have a specific material or design in mind, just let us know. We'll help you source it and
bring your vision to life.
4. Do you offer pants for kids too?
We do! Our kids’ line is designed for comfort, play, and durability — handmade with the same
care and detail as our adult styles. They’re built to keep up with growing bodies and busy days.

Private Label & Customization

5. Do you offer private label production?
Yes — and it’s one of the things we do best. We help brands launch or expand their own line
with low minimums, direct-to-factory communication (no middlemen), and a dedicated
relationship manager to support you at every step.
6. What’s the minimum order for private label?
Our MOQs start as low as 50 units per style. We’re here to grow with emerging brands — so
you don’t need to commit to massive volume upfront.
7. Can I customize my pants or add my own label?
Absolutely. You can customize the style, fabric, pockets, branding, and more. We offer branded
labels, packaging, and can work with you to make sure your pants feel uniquely yours.

Shipping & Fulfillment

8. How does your shipping work?
To reduce freight costs and environmental waste, we consolidate shipments and send them out
twice a month — on the 15th and 30th. This system helps us keep your per-unit shipping costs
down while maintaining consistent turnaround times. We currently ship to the United States
and select countries in Latin America.
9. Do I get real-time updates on my orders?
Yes! Every brand we work with gets access to BRIVflow, our internal dashboard that shows real-
time updates on production, shipping, and delivery milestones. It’s simple, transparent, and
built so you never have to chase us for answers.

Returns & Support
10. What’s your return policy for your original line?
We stand behind the quality of our products. For our BRIV Originals line, all sales are considered
final — but if there’s a manufacturing issue or your item arrives damaged, we’ll make it right.
We keep returns limited so we can focus on quality, reduce waste, and keep prices fair. If
